It's been one year.
Is the Russo-Ukrainian war still the current thing?
I've been asking myself this question for some time now. Some people might say that it hasn't been the current thing since around April of last year, but I think it's more complicated than that.
While most people in the West don't think about the war anymore, the same cannot be said about Central and Eastern Europe where the government media, as well as the "independent" media are still shilling for Zelenskiy.
In the first days of the war, I promised to leave the Ukraine-themed background until the end of the war, however now, just over a year later, I think it's about time to redesign the stylesheet and the layout of new journal entries.
Starting today, new journal entries will have a background themed around current events that will be updated as time goes on.
